About us

Bill Moore has over 40 years experience in many different areas of the world. He has worked as a chef in the South Pacific, Australia, the Caribbean and the United States. He has Food and Beverage and Hotel Management experience with companies such as Doral Resorts and Turning Stone Casino to name a few.

Bill worked for the Caribbean Hotel Association from 1993 until 2000 directing training and product development in a wide variety of areas. He has a passion for human resource development and has been hands on in a wide range of training and development activities throughout his career.

His current training offerings are as a result of years of observation, feedback and desire to make a meaningful contribution in an area that consistently seems to fall below par. His clients have included Cap Juluca, Round Hill Hotel and Villas and the Runaway Bay Heart Hotel amongst others In delivering his training Bill works in partnership with a network of professionals that he has established over the years.

Specific course outlines for each program will be forwarded to interested parties and can be customized to individual property or company needs, as required.
